A plum position with a company long recognized for its innovative and unique collection of hair care product, this opportunity awaits the right person able to drive their business to new heights.
The successful candidate will oversee manufacturing operations and personnel with a team of 3 supervisors reporting in to him or her. In addition this individual will oversee the Chemical Department providing direction on the creation of new and novel products consistent with business plans that support the company’s philosophy and mission statement.
For immediate consideration include the following skills in your work history and resume:
- 7+ years experience in plant management of liquid packager
- Preferred education includes a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or closely-related field
- Management experience and proven ability to lead production staff with direct reports totaling 5 or more
- Strong leadership skills
