We have multiple sales openings at a global specialty ingredient company who is expanding their staff across the United States for additional growth within the Personal Care and Cosmetics markets. This client firm has one of the most innovative product lines available and has carved out a space for themselves with ingredients that companies want to use.
With openings for seasoned and junior sales managers in the West, North, South and Midwest, they need individuals who have a strong familiarity with this industry and the necessary technical expertise to sell either actives (functional/specialty) or commodities (surfactants). Positions are home-based and will involve in-person sales presentations. A typical work week would be Monday through Thursday in the field and a Friday home-office day. Generous base salaries are coupled with uncapped quarterly commissions and a company car allowance.
In this role you will work to maintain and expand business relationships. The successful candidates will have a science background and applicable industry sales experience.
For immediate consideration include the following skills and experience in your resume:
- 3-5+ years experience in the sale of ingredients (surfactant, commodities, or specialty) to Personal Care and/or Cosmetic manufacturers (5-15 years preferred and compensated accordingly)
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or closely-related field
- Past success at developing and securing business relationships
