This Health and Beauty Aid leader seeks a seasoned professional in the area of mechanical engineering within a personal care or food manufacturing environment to provide technical expertise. Due to expanding business needs, this position with a company long recognized for its innovative health and hygiene products is now open for the right person. This position joins an established engineering team that identifies and resolves process and equipment problems with creative and practical solutions. You will act as a liaison between manufacturing and other departments such as Research & Development, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Packaging, and suppliers to ensuring product continuity.
Bring the following skills and experience to the table for immediate consideration:
- BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3+ years engineering experience within high-speed, continuous flow manufacturing demonstrating an understanding and application processes and product optimization principles (automotive, plastics, glass, consumer packaged goods, and other high-speed, continuous flow industries are a great fit!)
- Experience and joy in troubleshooting and on-the-plant-floor work
- Travel up to 35%
- Right to work in the US
